Job Skills

  • Minimum (3) years of experience in integrated management of banquet halls or events.

  • Flexible schedule required.

  • Must have a car.

  • Willingness to travel to three properties in the El Doral and Kendall area.

  • Good communication skills with both clients and staff.

  • Handle the logistics of a banquet hall, both personnel and space related.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Interact with suppliers.

  • Presence and follow-up before, during and after the event.

  • Knowledge of administrative processes and financial reporting.

  • Purchasing management and supervision.

  • Good knowledge of marketing, sales and networking.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Scheduling of event activities, distribution of tasks and follow up.

  • Word, Excel and other basic applications.
