Job Skills

Minimum (3) years of experience in integrated management of banquet halls or events.

Flexible schedule required.

Must have a car.

Willingness to travel to three properties in the El Doral and Kendall area.

Good communication skills with both clients and staff.
-
Handle the logistics of a banquet hall, both personnel and space related.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
-
Interact with suppliers.
-
Presence and follow-up before, during and after the event.
-
Knowledge of administrative processes and financial reporting.
-
Purchasing management and supervision.
-
Good knowledge of marketing, sales and networking.
-
Problem-solving skills.
-
Scheduling of event activities, distribution of tasks and follow up.
-
Word, Excel and other basic applications.
